The Monical's in Pekin always has the nicest people answering phone and friendly customer service. It's very nostalgic for me every time I visit Peoria/Pekin to see family. It's hard to find thin crispy crust without being fully loaded down with too much cheese in the Midwest. That's why Monical's Pizza will always be one of my favorites. I recommend family pleaser with both ranch and French mixed on the salad. Very heavy dressings, but a comfort salad for sure!

Always enjoy the pizza. PLEASE start putting the dressing back in a traditional squeeze bottle for those dining in the restaurant. The to go cups just make a mess.

Hands down the best pizza in the Midwest. MONICALS has always been a staple in this community and many communities across this state. I love their prices, the pizza is unique and excellent. The famous red sauce they have is unbeatable. I go every week with family. It's a tradition. Well done MONICALS !!! The service is always excellent.

I absolutely recommend this restaurant for its food service and atmosphere. It's kind of interesting that the pieces are cut into bite-size pieces instead of larger squares that takes you for five bites to eat. I kind a like that! The pizza was very tasty and with a little franks, red hot sauce, yummy yummy yummy yummy!

I live out of state now, but Monical's is almost always my first stop when I come to visit! The food is definitely best when you dine in. It's one of the few places that I always get breadsticks from. They're not garlicky like most places but they're so good! As for pizza, we always get a thin crust pepperoni, you can never go wrong with that! My only complaint at this location is with the service. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before anyone came over and waited on us. Meanwhile there were several people bussing tables that could have at least offered to get us drinks. This isn't the first time I've had service issues at the pekin location. It was by no means the waitress' fault, they just needed better management of the employees. When we see employees standing around doing nothing, yet our waitress was essentially handling the entire restaurant, there's definitely a logistics issue.

Probably the best local Monicals around here. Seasoning is always spot on as well as the crust. If you are craving Monicals then this is the place.

A classic regional pizza chain that serves up some of the tastiest pizza pies. It's long been one of my favorite places to get a pizza from. They have a nice dine in area that can easily accommodate families or they deliver. My favorite pizza is the Delight, and they have both thin and thick crust.
